Climatize Earth Securities will be compensated for the services provided to the Issuer. Please note all returns expressed on the Climatize mobile application, both realized and projected, are net of all fees.

• Success Fee: 5% of the total proceeds raised if targeted amount is raised.
• Third Party Services Fee: regardless of the success of the campaign, the Issuer will cover third-party services fees related to the offering incurred by Climatize Earth Securities LLC.
• Issuance Servicing Fee: payable by the Issuer each year during the term of the financing. The dollar amount varies from project to project, ranging between 0.5 – 1.5% of proceeds raised.
